Pillow Cookies

I found this idea for pillow cookies when I was searching for something chocolaty to make for my grandparents on our vacation. Essentially they are brownies wrapped in cookie. I used dark chocolate brownies and chocolate chip cookies. In the end decided that they were delicious but not very exciting. The cookie dominated the brownie flavor entirely. The search continues for something super chocolaty and easy to make on vacation...
