Baking Gone Whole Wheat

I like to keep the food that comes from my kitchen as healthy as possible, however, baked goods are usually the exception. Those delicious goodies are usually loaded with sugar and butter, yum! However, I ran out of regular flour this weekend in the middle of making yet another set of zucchini bread (yes I still have more zucchinis) and I had to use the whole wheat flour that I had leftover from some 'healthified' chocolate chip cookies. The zucchini bread turned out ok, a little dry so next time I'll have to add extra oil. I think I'm going to try and work with wheat flour as often as possible to allow the healthy foods theme to spill over into my baking :)
