Mod Vintage Lavender booties

I've been cruising ModCloth a lot lately in search of dresses for various happenings and I think all the modern/ vintage styles are seeping into my brain because I made these super cute mod vintage lavender booties the other day:

They are made from a cotton fabric with a geometric print and spiced up with a little lace and bobble detailing. They're now available on my Etsy store (yes I still have one I've just been neglecting it lately). Let me know what you think!

New Review of Baby Gifts

Stephanie from Coupon Clippin Mommy recently reviewed a knit hat and some sewn mary jane booties that I had sent her. I'm so thankful for her kind words! You can read her wonderful review here: REVIEW. Here is a picture of the review set I sent her:

Thanks again, Stephanie!

Happy Thursday!

Lots of things going on today. First, I scored another treasury today. It's pretty much a hodgepodge of my favorites but I did organize it by rows. The first is babies, second is kiddos, third is ladies, and last is home etc. Here's a Screenshot of the treasury but you can also visit it here: TREASURY

Next, there are a few new things in my shop like this set of booties:

Finally, I'm jealous that Christine is in DISNEY this weekend. Especially since the Disney Princesses Run (half marathon for women at Disney World) just passed. Check out the Disney blog article about it here: PRINCESSES

Bootie-licious

People are really lovin on the booties in my Etsy shop. I've made a couple of variations that aren't up in the shop but are certainly custom order options for those of you out there in the market for bootie ;) Here are some I've made for a few of my friends lately:

And for those of you interested, here are the fabrics currently in my stash:

I can make booties from any of these fabrics, just give me a holler!

Star-Studded Booties

My cake diva friend, Lindsey (check out her BLOG), asked me to created some baby booties with stars on them and to make them blue and yellow. That leave a lot of design lee-way for me so I've come up with the first set here, and I hope to make one more version this weekend. Check out these booties:

I also want to thank Linds for being my first customer on my Etsy STORE!

Safari Baby Booties!

I finally produced something (besides hemmed up pants for Christine) from my new sewing machine! I bought this pattern awhile back and I've made several single booties with different fabrics, as can be seen in previous blog posts. Now that I have a quality sewing machine I felt it was worthwhile to make an actual set of booties haha. This set is made from burlap style fabric as the liner and sole of the bootie, and a giraffe printed fabric for the outer shoe. The set in the pictures are size 0-3 months, adorable!

They're completely reversible and have no exposed seams!

Find them here on my Etsy store: BOOTIES
